Two quiet caravan parks set amongst orchards and overlooking a well-stocked fishing lake — the perfect base for exploring the coast and moors.
Our main touring park is set on the site of an old orchard, where apple, plum and pear trees still bear fruit in the autumn months. Spacious hardstanding and grass pitches sit beneath mature trees, giving each pitch a sense of privacy and shelter. It's a favourite with returning guests who appreciate the dappled light and birdsong.
A small number of pitches overlook our well-stocked coarse fishing lake, offering uninterrupted views across the water. Watch kingfishers dart between the banks and enjoy the calm of the countryside from your doorstep. These pitches are popular with anglers and nature lovers alike, so booking early is recommended.
Brooklands is deliberately simple. No clubhouse noise, no entertainment schedule — just well-maintained facilities in a genuinely peaceful setting.
Spacious, level pitches on both hardstanding and grass. Room to spread out and relax without feeling on top of your neighbours.
All pitches have 16 amp electric hook-ups, keeping your heating, lighting and appliances running throughout your stay.
Clean toilet facilities, fresh water and a caravan waste emptying point on site. Kept well-maintained throughout the season.
Complimentary wireless internet across both sites. Stay connected or catch up on the day’s news — it’s there when you want it.
A well-stocked coarse fishing lake is just steps from your pitch. Carp, tench, roach and more — day tickets available for guests.
Nestled between Brompton-by-Sawdon and Sherburn, surrounded by rolling farmland, woodland walks and abundant wildlife.
We take bookings by phone and email throughout the season. Let us know your preferred dates, pitch type (orchard or lakeside) and whether you’ll be bringing a touring caravan or motorhome — we’ll do our best to accommodate you
